Current was engaged to deliver a comprehensive electrical package for this significant project. The scope of work included the installation of 240V lighting and power systems, a robust communications network, advanced access control and security systems, as well as cutting-edge audio-visual (AV) infrastructure.

This impressive 5-storey development comprises a diverse range of spaces, including six retail shops, 30 modern office suites, and a purpose-built childcare centre. The project was designed to provide a versatile and functional environment, catering to the needs of both businesses and families.
