Current was engaged to deliver a comprehensive electrical package for this high-end, multi-residential development. The scope of work included the installation of 240V lighting and power systems, a robust communications network, state-of-the-art security and access control systems, advanced audiovisual (AV) solutions, and dry fire protection systems.

This prestigious development comprised nine luxurious, three-storey dwellings, each designed to meet the highest standards of modern living. In addition to the residences, the project featured a shared underground basement, which required meticulous planning and integration of electrical services to ensure functionality, safety, and ease of access.

The project demanded a high level of precision and expertise to deliver cutting-edge electrical solutions that complemented the sophisticated design and premium finishes of the development.
